Hello, and welcome to our family run studios , in Psalidi, Kos.
We are located just outside of Kos, Town, in a semi-rural location, but within 6 minutes walk from the seafront, and approximately 15-20 minutes walk from Kos Town. But if you do not fancy the walk there is a very good bus service from the seafront to Kos Town every 15-20 minutes.
Our studios are set in a peaceful location, away from the noise, but not too far from the bars and nightlife in Kos Town.
The studios are fully equipped with all the essentials you may need for a self catering holiday.
Studios (for 1-2 persons) consist of two single beds, separate bathroom, with shower, the kitchen area consist of a 2 ring hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, room safe cost (at
additional daily ) and Air-condition cost (at
additional daily ), Ground floor studios have a terraced area, and the first floor studios have a balcony.
All studios are fitted with smoke alarms, and our studios and apartments are built according to The Standards of the Greek National Tourism Organization.
NEW FOR 2009: We have this year installed a
pathway system for persons who have problems managing stairs. We have set aside 5 studios which incorporate these pathways. The pathways lead up to the pool
and terrace area. In order to
reserve these studios please give us at least 28 days notice in order that these
can be reserved.

FOR 2010:
During the winter period 2009/10, we decided to renovate the
studios, we started with the bathrooms, the bathrooms are now fully
fitted to a very high standard, with new non-slip floor, new wall tiles,
new basin, new showers, new toilet. All the tap fittings are new, and
are very easy to control the hot and cold water supply.
We also replaced the kitchens, you
will find that the new units are of a very high standard, and fit in
well. The hobs (new) and fridge are built in, all plates/cutlery are
new.
It is our intention to carry out further improvements during
2010/11 with air conditioning being fitted to all the studios, from 10/07/2010
